Return Method

Items can be returned by mail or in store.

Return Shipping Labels

Customers are responsible for downloading, printing, and paying for their own return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Fees

Restocking Fee: A fixed restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your total refund amount upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days 

Refund Type: Store credit only(No cash refund)
